Refund Policy

100% Refund or Rescheduling in case of bad weather or any other condition due to which the tour may not take place. When a tour was open for booking but should not have been, Tourism Iceland reserves the right to cancel it. If rescheduling is not possible, the clients will be repaid in full.

100% Refund if the client cancels the tour 24 hours prior to it otherwise 100% charge for no show.

Note: All cancellations from customers should be notified via email to info@tourismiceland.is at least 24 hours prior to pick-up time for a 100% refund.

Cancellation Policy

Clients who are unable or unwilling to complete the tour due to their own personal decision or unforeseen circumstances such as illness will be regarded as late cancellations and will not be entitled to a refund in part or in full.

No refund in case of Delayed/cancelled flights if the customer had time to reach the pickup point otherwise our team will look into the matter.

Note: Customers must schedule tours in advance to enable adequate time to arrive at their pick-up point.
