Do you want to enjoy a multiday tour with us? So, join us in our indelible 4 Days Winter Minibus Tour to Southern Iceland & Golden Circle.
This tour is comprised of an adventurous journey from the south seacoast to the stirring Jökulsárlón, a glacier lagoon where you can see the seals swimming in between the icicles. The view is quite sightseeing. Additionally, you have to hike towards the Vatnajökull, the biggest glacier in Europe.
Moving forward to your tour, you will see the magnificent, graphic spots, snow-capped mountains, lava fields, beautiful landscapes coming your way. Moreover, you will also see the black sand beaches giving the most amazing view.
We always add The golden Circle to our tour. Because It is the only place that is present on one’s bucket list. We shall visit The Thingvellir National park, Gulfoss Waterfall, Geysir, and the geothermal area. This day would be the most remarkable day of all as it includes a visit to Kerið volcanic Crater. Afterward, you will visit a traditional Iceland ranch to taste the yummiest homemade ice cream and get to see some pet horses.
The coming destination of the tour is Seljalandsfoss waterfall. In addition, the crystal clear water prompts many tourists to drink it and refill their water bottles. Nearby is the Gljúfrabúi Waterfall, which is present in a hidden gorge in Gljúfrabúi.
The famous Skógafoss Waterfall of the south coast. This cascade plunges 60 measures from the top of a precipice into a swash and creates a fog pall and dew that rainbows love to dance in the sun
Your next destination will be Reynisfjara, the black sand beach. This beach is unique in its beauty and offers incredible views. Then you will walk to one of the largest glaciers in Iceland. Our certified glacier guides will provide you with all the important things that you must have for glacier hiking including ice axes, crampons, and helmets.
The journey of this day will start from the glacial lagoon of Jökulsárlón that is 200 meters deep. This glacier is fed by huge icebergs all the year. You can either book a boat ride to see the ancient ice from close. Tröll Expeditions bring this amazing opportunity for you to see the closer look of icebergs in summers.
It is completely fine if you want to walk along the lagoon to enjoy the majestic views of Icelandic nature. The huge icebergs from the Jökulsárlón glacier float in the Atlantic ocean will easily be pushed to shore by sea winds and strong tides of the ocean.
The shining stones and sparkling ice rocks are adding beauty to the black sand beach. The bluish and white-colored ice enhances the beauty of nature.
The most fun-part of this tour will be hiking to the top of the glacier where you will find the ice caves. Don’t worry, if you are afraid of hiking. Our professional glacier guides will be there to guide you about safety. They will provide you with everything you must have for hiking.
This is truly an Icelandic experience. Join us to find out more about the fun activities we can do with a small group and in a beautiful southern region of Iceland.
